Yoga privates are one-on-one sessions designed to meet your specific needs.

**Private sessions work really well virtually through ZOOM!!**

Private sessions can be very helpful at any point along your personal yoga journey, bringing individual attention that is impossible in a group setting.

Private Yoga sessions are for you if

1. You are looking for refinement in alignment and asana

2. You would like to gain more confidence to practice in a group setting 

3. You are injured and need helpful modifications so that you are able to continue practicing either in your home setting or taking your modified practice into a studio

4.  You are a complete beginner!
